Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the questions we are often asked; however, if you don’t find the answer to your question, feel free to reach out using the contact button on the top of the site!  

When do you deliver?

Our current delivery schedule is Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.  We also put the next delivery date on a banner at the top of the website which is updated regularly.  Orders placed by 8am on a delivery day are usually able to go out for same day delivery.  If you have any questions regarding the time of delivery, feel free to text Melanie at 704-1621.

We typically send an email to notify you that the order will be coming and then when we are on the way you’ll receive an automated text and another automated text once the package has been delivered.  

Can I pick up my order?

Of course!  We offer pick up in Southampton (same day – just give us a couple of hours to see the order and process it).  We also offer next business day pick up in town at Gold Standard in the Washington Mall (Monday-Friday only).

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for products purchased on our store website (gift cards excluded).

All returns must be made within 14 days after the original purchase date.  All returned products must be in original, salable condition.  

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes!  We offer both electronic gift cards (send via email) or physical gift cards that we can deliver or they can be collected.  To purchase a gift card, visit our gift card page:  https://brightisle.com/give-a-gift-card/ 

Do you offer gift receipts?

Yes!  Just write a note in your order requesting a printed gift receipt and we can provide this (it’s a printed PDF.)
